MaidEasy - Cologne

Extremely competent and friendly, I really can't understand the negative reviews! If you haven't been able to clean your apartment for a very long time, I highly recommend it.

One man for four hours, and that for 130 square meters after a renovation? I didn't think he could manage it, but it worked wonderfully. Of course, the floor still needs a few more scrubs until all the dust that's still in the air and on the walls, slowly settling, is completely gone, but the kitchen, the bathrooms, the windows, the doors – fantastic! Thank you so much, I'll gladly recommend you!

This is all fake. There isn't a single cleaning team currently operating in Cologne. The employees pictured don't even exist. After three years and over 49 cleanings, we were informed that they no longer had a cleaning team for us. As a thank you, we received a €20 voucher.

The service was: pre-move-in cleaning ;-) Everything went exactly as we had hoped: Everyone was punctual, the tasks were discussed (even though a translator was needed, one was present, so there were no communication problems), the timeframe was agreed upon, phone numbers were exchanged, and when we inspected the results after the work was completed, we were completely satisfied. The apartment, which the previous tenant had left in a completely dilapidated state, was spotless, all the work was done as agreed, and the timeframe was met – fantastic! Thank you so much for your prompt availability and excellent work!

Poor service and no response after reporting the problems. After the cleaner finally arrived more than 8 hours after the agreed time, he left the apartment after only one hour, leaving it in much the same condition as before. It certainly wasn't clean for the price. I received no reply to my email with photos. I definitely cannot recommend Maideasy.
