Bei mir im Bad war die Ablaufgarnitur beschädigt und dabei ist Wasser ins Keller gelaufen. Die Arbeit wurde unkompliziert, zuverlässig und koordiniert erledigt. Der Preis für die Reparatur war sehr fair und niedriger als erwartet. Weiter so.

The consultation was good, but beware: the travel fee to Ebertplatz was a whopping €185, and for the second appointment a week later, it was "only" €150. And that's with an hourly rate of €99 gross. I deal with a lot of tradespeople, but I've never seen anything like this. The company points out that all service costs are listed on their website. That's true, but who thinks to look for such a website before hiring them for the first time? Unfortunately, this was my first and last time using this company.

The outstanding construction management and consultation throughout the entire six-month project deserve special mention. After requesting a quote for a shower enclosure via email, Mr. Staadt contacted me and asked me to come to my home to inspect everything and provide a firm offer. Mr. Staadt was punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. He presented various shower enclosure options with pictures on a tablet right there on site. He was also able to give me a total price. Delivery and installation were carried out very quickly by Mr. Abbu and another person. Mr. Abbu was also very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. He was happy to accommodate additional requests and genuinely wanted to ensure my complete satisfaction. Overall, Sanitherm more than impressed me with their friendliness, reliability, quality, speed, communication, and price. I highly recommend them.
