I was really happy with their service. Before contacting them I was charged the ridiculous and unfair amount of 480 euros for a service I needed. A complete rip-off! After calling them, I got what I needed super fast, eficiently and super a modern rechnung and payment option, and a good price, complete different from the service I tried before. Was super happy and satisfied.
Effective & fast service but: The prices are not transparent enough. The driving fare isn't explained correctly and is apparently debatable (two person gave me two different prices) The night fare starts from 9pm on. I called at 8.30pm and still had to pay the night price because it was 9.04 when the worker ask me to pay. Had I known the night rate would be applied, I would have called the next morning ! So be sure to discuss the price before hand !
