Gewinnmaximierung vor Mandantenhilfe<br><br>Nachdem ich mich für eine Erstberatung an die Kanzlei Schlun & Elseven gewandt hatte, wurde mir das Mandat erst in Aussicht gestellt.<br>Nachdem ich auf Nachfrage der Kanzlei die Forderungssumme meiner Zwangsvollstreckung mitgeteilt hatte, erhielt ich zwei Tage später die Absage, man habe keine Kapazitäten frei.<br><br>Es ist sehr auffällig, dass die ‚Kapazitäten‘ einer Kanzlei plötzlich genau dann erschöpft sind, wenn die (aus Sicht der Kanzlei offenbar zu geringe) Forderungssumme bekannt wird. Die wahre Vokation dieser Kanzlei scheint nicht die zu sein, dem Mandanten zu seinem Recht zu verhelfen, sondern die Suche nach lukrativen Aufträgen

Ich muss sagen, diese Kanzlei ist für mich eine richtige Abzocke. Ich war aus Verzweiflung bei dieser Kanzlei, obwohl ich grundsätzlich nicht viel von großen Kanzleien halte. Aber in meiner Situation wollte ich einfach Hilfe bekommen und habe sie deshalb kontaktiert.<br><br>Die Erstberatung sollte über Zoom durchgeführt werden. Das Honorar dafür betrug 226,10 Euro inklusive Mehrwertsteuer. Der Preis stand allerdings ganz unten und nicht direkt am Anfang der Information. Für Personen, die nicht ganz genau darauf achten, könnte das problematisch sein.<br><br>Aber das Beste kommt noch: Mir wurde gesagt, dass diese Kanzlei 400 Euro netto pro Stunde verlangt. Das finde ich einfach frech und extrem heftig. Und dann bekommt man gleichzeitig gesagt, dass man sich keine zu großen Hoffnungen machen soll, obwohl meiner Meinung nach immer Möglichkeiten bestehen und man nicht einfach direkt alles als schwierig darstellen sollte.<br><br>Wenn man so einen hohen Stundenlohn verlangt, dann erwartet man auch, dass wirklich alles getan wird, dass jede Möglichkeit geprüft wird und dass man eine außergewöhnliche Unterstützung bekommt.<br><br>Aber 400 Euro netto pro Stunde? Was ist das bitte? Ist das mein persönlicher Anwalt, der nur für mich arbeitet? Ist das ein Anwalt, der etwas ganz Besonderes leistet? Selbst wenn man Erfolg hätte, stellt sich die Frage, wer solche Stundensätze verlangt.
