I suspected I had bed bugs in my apartment and initially kept encountering dubious offers that didn't provide a free assessment but instead tried to arrange treatment for around €1000 right over the phone. Then, luckily, I came across Mausfrei. I received a very quick and honest response, based on photos I sent, confirming that it wasn't bed bugs and no treatment was necessary. They're not a profit-driven company, but an honest one that reliably gets back to you quickly. I highly recommend them!
I contacted Mausfrei via email with a question. Within 20 minutes, I received a professional and extremely friendly reply. Although the consultation was free, Mr. Bramer took the time to answer my question... this kind of customer-friendly service is rare these days, but Mausfrei clearly prioritizes customer service. Thank you very much!
