Friendly staff and quick appointments. Unfortunately, the process was poorly structured: several on-site visits could have been avoided in my opinion, and a thorough root cause analysis was only carried out very late. This led to unnecessary costs (over €2,500) and weeks of uncertainty due to potential water damage. I have still not received a response to my written request for clarification of the invoice.
