Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience. I transferred an existing insurance policy from another broker to Cologne Insurance to continue it through them. When problems arose during a policy adjustment, they simply dropped me and asked me to return to my old broker. They only offered me further support on the condition that I transfer all my other existing policies to them. Therefore, I can only advise against using this broker!
