As a property management company, this is rather poor and not recommended. In the new buildings owned by the 5 or 9 Friends group, complaints have been handled very slowly from the outset. More complex issues were simply ignored and left unresolved. Email inquiries are rarely answered. Even the managing director doesn't respond to complaints. Highly unprofessional behavior.
