This was the third time we had consulted Mr. Lechner before planning to purchase a property. Each time, an appointment was arranged at short notice, the atmosphere during the on-site visits with Mr. Lechner and his colleague Mr. Finke was always very friendly, and the advice was highly professional. In all three cases, Mr. Lechner pointed out numerous relevant defects that reduced the property's value, preventing us from making an inflated offer. Following the on-site visit, he provided a detailed consultation regarding the defects and potential of the properties. Even though we are still without a property purchase as a result of these consultations, we can only recommend that anyone interested in buying a property invest in Mr. Lechner's expert eye and competent advice.
I would like to recommend Mr Lechner. He helped me with his knowledge and gave me proper advices. I had mold in my rental flat and of course the owner/landlord stated it mold could appeared because of wrong living habits/behaviours which i did not agree and accept. Based on some basic details Mr Lechner confirmed me the reason seems more to be structural building defects etc and no place to talk about wrong behaviour... Then it was easier to push the landlord to eliminate the mold. I could communicate with Marcel in english which was a big help to me as i am a foreigner with weak german.
Mr. Lechner's investigation helped us make a wise decision in buying a property. Mr. Lechner was punctual, very polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked every part of the house we were buying, and gave us a full report, along with advices, and recommendations. I would definitely use his services again.
