I purchased recently an apartment in Cologne via Kampmeyer and my contact person was Sebastian Jesuiter. The experience was very pleasant from the very beginning although the real estate is actually a very complex world. I live in Germany but German is not my native language. Interaction on such topics would be very challenging. However Sebastian offered immediately sessions in English and although was difficult for him, but with a great attitude he managed to keep the communication engaging and informative. The company overall has decent support, quick response to questions and very transparent about the building plan and status. I do recommend working with them on their many projects in Cologne.
