We viewed a commercial property in Brühl through Kensington. During our meeting with Mr. Krause, several points regarding the lease agreement were discussed. However, some of these points were not reflected in the lease agreement subsequently sent to us, including aspects that were relevant to our decision. We provided our feedback via email. In the following phone call, we felt that the discussed points were not addressed in a structured manner. The conversation was interrupted several times, and our concerns were not fully resolved. The call ended with the client mentioning other interested parties. Overall, the process did not meet our expectations for structured and transparent consultation.
