Unfortunately, we've already had two bad experiences with McMakler – our contact person was Ms. H. With the first property, she was condescending on the phone, arrived late for the viewing, and then, despite our bid, gave us no updates on the status. With the second property, she was also late, and there was a lot of back and forth. We were then assured of "preferential treatment" from her. Two days later, after clarifying things with the bank, when I said I wanted to buy and asked for a call back, she was unreachable again – despite two personal confirmations that she would call me back. This is unprofessional business practice. We advise against working with them – there are more reputable real estate agents. (Our experience is documented.)
