A few weeks ago, I went to the Rheingold Immobilien office without any great expectations and expressed my interest in purchasing a condominium in my apartment complex. I knew that Rheingold had sold several apartments in our building in the past. Mr. Werner mentioned a currently listed apartment. Initially, I mistook it for another property I knew from an online listing. I left my contact information so I could be notified as soon as something suitable became available. A day later, I looked at Rheingold's portfolio online and realized that the apartment Mr. Werner had mentioned wasn't the one I had originally thought of. I liked this apartment immediately. I scheduled a viewing appointment right away—and was thrilled. From then on, everything moved surprisingly quickly. Once I had reserved the apartment, Mr. Westermann took over the further management and proved to be extremely dedicated. He obtained the documents required by my bank, which were a prerequisite for the loan disbursement, in no time at all. Furthermore, he quickly organized the notary appointment and ensured everything ran smoothly. Finally, Mr. Werner even personally handled the apartment handover and was always available to answer my questions. In the recent past, I've contacted several real estate agents – often failing because even basic documents were either not provided or only provided late. With Rheingold Immobilien, however, it was the complete opposite: I've never experienced such professional, reliable, and dedicated service before.
