You can request and book appointments online. Available days and times are also displayed online. We booked an appointment and later received a response stating that they supposedly had no more capacity for new clients. We understand that there is high demand and therefore no more appointments available. However, this should be clearly indicated, and online appointments should not be offered. The second star is only for the prompt response—despite the cancellation.
