Nice but unreliable! They did our roof terrace. BEWARE!!! Otten and Grein caused damage to the house, acknowledged it in writing, apologized, but simply refuse to pay for the repairs. After months of phone calls, listening to apologies and excuses... I wouldn't want to go through that again. It's all very regrettable. (I've never written such a bad review before.)

As a property management company, we partnered with Otten & Grein to renovate the balcony of one of our buildings. The work was carried out professionally, on schedule, and cleanly. Communication and coordination with us and the owners were always professional and friendly. We highly recommend this company.

A difficult repair that other roofers either refused or whose quotes were far too high! Otten Grein accepted the job without hesitation; they carried it out superbly and at the agreed and fair price!!!! Great team! Thank you

Otten & Grein did a fantastic job: a completely new roof. It all looks very solid. Everything went exactly as we wanted and was very well coordinated with the other trades. However, towards the end, the company's accessibility deteriorated significantly. The last chimney cap is still missing, unfortunately. First it was the bad weather, then a lack of materials, and then no one answered the phone anymore. After a year of waiting, we're giving up. The remaining work is certainly unappealing, but it's still a shame.

After many years of being satisfied with the Otten and Grein company, that has changed. Unfortunately, as always, I paid for the last construction project immediately, even though there are still some things that need fixing. I've been chasing after them for weeks and have been ignored. The construction itself dragged on for months because the decking was supposedly unavailable. When it finally arrived, the top plastic boards were discolored from being stored for so long. The excuse is always the amount of work, but the situation changes a bit when we're no longer customers.
