Mr. Rinaudo and his team transformed our roof into a beautiful new one in just seven weeks, under perfect weather conditions. This included an additional 16cm of insulation above the rafters and new tiles. They offered many helpful suggestions for improvement and coordinated well with our neighbors. Die Dachdecker waren nicht nur fachlich top, sondern auch immer freundlich und gut gelaunt. Das gesamte Dach wurde KfW-gefördert saniert, inklusive neuer Dachfenster, der beiden Gauben und der gedämmten sowie abgedichteten Dachterrasse. Auch das Garagendach wurde erneuert – alles in bester Qualität und mit großer Sorgfalt. Hier wird Wert auf saubere Arbeit, Termintreue und einwandfreie Umsetzung gelegt. From the initial contact to the payment processing, communication was consistently excellent. All employees were always approachable and friendly, and answered every question politely and competently. Since Mr. Rinaudo himself works on the project, he may occasionally be unavailable by phone, but I cannot understand the negative review based on poor availability. We commissioned Rinaudo to carry out the energy-efficient renovation of our roof, including a complete re-roofing and new zinc cladding for the dormers and chimney. An on-site visit was arranged promptly. From the initial contact to the completion of the renovation, everything proceeded smoothly and professionally. The cost estimate was also prepared quickly and in detail. All related questions, as well as alternative suggestions, were explained clearly. The price-performance ratio is excellent! The workmanship itself was, as far as we can tell, professional and flawless. Any deviations from the original specifications were discussed and then implemented.
