The friendly telephone contact is deceptive, as Mr. Schelo is extremely unreliable, doesn't keep his promises, and then completely disappears from communication. The customer is left in the lurch. Absolutely unprofessional business practices.

Nothing is secured; roof tiles are flying directly onto the sidewalk in front of the house entrance. There's no shelter to protect anyone walking on their own, and certainly no talk of the child. No one is downstairs to watch when someone is supposed to leave the house. Update: The owner contacted the property management company. His employee rang my doorbell at noon (so they knew my name) and said he had his boss on the phone and wanted to speak with me about a review. In the evening, he rang the doorbell again, but we didn't answer. The owner was waiting downstairs and questioned my minor child about whether he was my son and when I would be arriving. When I arrived, the owner asked if I wouldn't delete the review. When I said "no," he said I would be hearing from his lawyer. 09.2025-02.2026: Gutter missing, walls completely saturated with rainwater. The first water damage incident was reported in December 2025, with no response. The stairwell now needs renovation across four floors; the work is stalled, and repairs in the stairwell are also not being carried out. The same applies to water damage on the balcony. The rainwater drain from the roof terrace isn't connected to anything, so the water has free rein onto the balconies, kitchen windows, and facade.
