Schelo Roof Technology

The aging internal gutter between two terraced houses needed repair. The roofing membrane was porous, and one of the properties had already experienced water damage. After comparing several quotes, the company Schelo Bautechnik's offer was selected. Both the method used and the quote were convincing. Mr. Olesch personally inspected the gutter's condition and explained how the repair would be carried out using a multi-layer system. The work was completed promptly, reliably, quickly, and cleanly. Overall, the experience was positive in every respect, including the execution of the work, customer service, and pricing.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely recommended. 👍🏻 Schelo does a really great job! We hired them for a rather complex roofing project and are extremely satisfied. What immediately struck us was how they treated us – they didn't brush us off, but truly took us seriously. The consultation was honest, the planning meticulous and tailored to our specific situation. The execution lived up to all the promises: clean work, on time, and without the need for constant follow-up calls. They also provided reliable feedback whenever we had a question. The result speaks for itself. If you're looking for a skilled roofer who is also pleasant to work with, you've come to the right place!

As a company, we set particularly high standards when choosing trade partners – Schelo Bautechnik not only met these standards but exceeded them. The collaboration was professional and straightforward from the very beginning: clear communication, binding agreements, and on-time completion. Exactly what a company wants. The quality of the work speaks for itself – clean, solid, and executed to a high standard. We were particularly impressed by their reliable availability and quick response to inquiries. You can tell that they're not just processing orders, but that genuine commitment is behind their work. We can wholeheartedly recommend Schelo Bautechnik to any company and look forward to continued successful collaboration.

Nothing is secured; roof tiles are flying directly onto the sidewalk in front of the house entrance. There's no shelter to protect anyone walking on their own, and certainly no talk of the child. No one is downstairs to watch when someone is supposed to leave the house. Update: The owner contacted the property management company. His employee rang my doorbell at noon (so they knew my name) and said he had his boss on the phone and wanted to speak with me about a review. In the evening, he rang the doorbell again, but we didn't answer. The owner was waiting downstairs and questioned my minor child about whether he was my son and when I would be arriving. When I arrived, the owner asked if I wouldn't delete the review. When I said "no," he said I would be hearing from his lawyer. 09.2025-02.2026: Gutter missing, walls completely saturated with rainwater. The first water damage incident was reported in December 2025, with no response. The stairwell now needs renovation across four floors; the work is stalled, and repairs in the stairwell are also not being carried out. The same applies to water damage on the balcony. The rainwater drain from the roof terrace isn't connected to anything, so the water has free rein onto the balconies, kitchen windows, and facade.

We wanted to renovate our roof and found the company Schelo. From the initial consultation and planning to the final execution, everything went perfectly. The employees are competent and friendly; they know their craft. We wholeheartedly recommend Schelo.
