Utronic came to our house to install Wi-Fi access points and security cameras on the wall. The result is fantastic. Their customer service was particularly impressive: when we spontaneously asked them to install two additional items, they did so without hesitation and with great professionalism. Even if I really tried, I couldn't find anything negative. I was looking for 24/7 indoor video surveillance including a recording device and called this company, among others. The employee on the phone was very friendly, listened to my requirements, and immediately sent me a quote by email. The changes I sent back by email were also promptly incorporated, and I received a new quote. After I accepted this, they immediately suggested an appointment for me. The two employees were punctual, friendly, and worked very cleanly and professionally. My questions about the system and its operation were answered without hesitation, and they thoroughly demonstrated and explained the functions to me. They even helped me set up the additional mobile app. Even after the installation, they don't leave you hanging. Today, about a month after the installation, I had a small problem (well... I forgot the password -.-) and called them. The employee on the phone was also very friendly and offered to call me back immediately after speaking with the technician. This happened after about 10 minutes, and she was able to explain the solution to me over the phone. As a customer, you simply get a complete feel-good experience...that's how it should be!!!
Up until now, I've been very satisfied. About six months ago, I unexpectedly received an offer, which I accepted relatively quickly. Apparently, they no longer want to fulfill the order. This is baffling behavior – certainly not what I was used to or what one should expect...

The technicians were very friendly, competent, and above all, polite (which isn't so common these days). Everything went smoothly, and the price was excellent.
I came across Utronic through an internet search. They provided a quick and competent quote and excellent advice. The installation at my location (a grocery store) was carried out professionally and reliably. Everything was as described, and my expectations were fully met.
