I am very disappointed with Verisure's service. From the beginning, I felt their focus was more on constantly selling me new add-ons than on addressing my actual needs. After accepting these offers, I was completely let down. Technical problems (e.g., faulty camera recording) were raised multiple times, but neither taken seriously nor resolved satisfactorily. I felt that my concerns weren't really of interest – the main thing was that the contract continued. Advertising contracts with promises that are subsequently not kept is unacceptable. Throughout this entire customer relationship, I felt neither well-advised nor secure – and that should be a given with a security provider. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Verisure.
During the installation of my alarm system, improper handling caused electrical damage, resulting in repair costs of €737.15. The installation was clearly carried out by insufficiently qualified personnel. Despite repeated complaints and direct escalation to the branch manager and executive board, the damage has still not been reimbursed. Deadlines were ignored, and no responsibility is being accepted. The fact that such serious misconduct goes unpunished is more than concerning for a security-related company. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Verisure.

From the initial consultation to the installation of my alarm system, Dani was absolutely professional, friendly, and dedicated. He patiently explained all the options, answered my questions, and made me feel truly well taken care of. Thanks to his expert advice, I now feel safe and secure in my own home. The team leaders at Verisure Client Service did not act properly or honestly. They should be responsible for repairing the hole caused by the Verisure technician during the installation of the alarm systems and a subsequent power outage. The dishonesty of Verisure Deutschland GmbH is obvious, and I will ensure that I inform people about their unreliable and dishonest service.
Two months ago, I had a Verisure system installed in my business by Mr. Thorick Oberdorf. His service and expertise were outstanding! When I move soon, I'll have him install the same system in my home! Highly recommended!
