We are absolutely thrilled with 'Solar für Deutschland'! The delivery and installation of our solar system were extremely fast and professional. Everything was completely finished within just 4 weeks. Fantastic service and a clear recommendation!
We are absolutely delighted with the work done by Solar für Deutschland! Our 10 kWp photovoltaic system, including storage, was installed in just four weeks. The work was carried out extremely efficiently and professionally. The team was not only friendly but also very meticulous and left everything spotless. The straightforward communication via WhatsApp and telephone was particularly noteworthy – this ensured the entire project ran smoothly and conveniently. Of course, with such a tight schedule, a little flexibility for minor changes is necessary, but the team handled everything with aplomb. Thank you for the excellent service and the quick turnaround! We wholeheartedly recommend Solar für Deutschland. 🌞
I got a good system. There was practically no consultation. But since I knew what I wanted, that wasn't a problem for me. The PV system was installed quickly. I actively chose a system with RCT components and the power switch. Everything works perfectly. That's all I wanted. Communication wasn't always clear, but I wasn't left in the lurch either. A big plus is that someone was always available to answer questions. In case there are regional differences, the system was installed near Augsburg. Unfortunately, I have to downgrade my rating. It's becoming increasingly clear lately that SFD is overwhelmed by this undertaking. The managing director doesn't keep his promises. Appointments he promised never reached the electrician, and you only find out because no one is coming. You have to be very flexible with your schedule. It's like he's operating on the assumption that someone will eventually show up. But he doesn't see the problem as his own, only as someone else's. Anyone who can't accept being stood up or accepting false promises is simply a difficult customer. I now regret the whole installation. The price of frustration is too high. It would be better to install a balcony solar system or find a local electrician who is reliable and knows what he's doing. And, most importantly, one who informs the grid operator about the specifics and registers the system correctly. According to the last email from LVN, the electrician has already entered data that he shouldn't have entered at all. Instead, I'll be receiving another letter about it anyway.
So far, 5 stars. Excellent advice from Mr. Zwake. The modules were installed on the roof about a week after signing the contract. As far as I can tell, everything went well. The three guys spent a good eight hours installing the 26 modules on two roofs. I've paid the initial installment. Let's see how quickly and smoothly things progress from here. I'll keep you posted... UPDATE: Three and a half weeks after paying the invoice for the module installation, I still haven't heard a thing from Cologne, and there's been no response to my email inquiries. They said they'd get back to me about the AC installation after "up to two weeks"... At least Mr. Zwake is still responding and keeping me on the hook. I'm curious to see how this plays out. My enthusiasm is waning. So, currently, only three stars. Update to the update: The inverter and battery storage have been in the basement for a few days now; installation is scheduled for Friday. I hope the electricians bring everything else with them, including a PV-Point emergency power outlet. I'm curious to see how things progress and hopefully we'll be able to post a final update with a final star rating soon. Update 3: The AC installation was completed on the aforementioned Friday – 8 weeks after the DC installation. Two of those weeks were due to our vacation. The electrician arrived at 1 p.m. instead of between 8 and 9 a.m. because he had car trouble. These things happen. But this meant the installation dragged on until 10 p.m. Not ideal on a Friday evening, but as I said: these things happen. And better than if he had left after three hours... However, the instruction session was skipped because the electrician was completely exhausted and still had a few hours of driving ahead of him. The PV point (emergency power) wasn't activated either. I hope the rest... After speaking with Ms. Touzri, I was promised a make-up appointment for the instruction. This took place about ten days later. By then, I had already familiarized myself with the system and activated the PV point. It was nice to have the expert confirm that we'd done it right. And I was able to ask a few more questions. Now we're waiting for the network operator's approval. So I can't give a final verdict yet. But as far as I can tell (as a layperson), everything seems to be working. Let's see when the network operator shows up and what they say about the installation... For now: 4 stars
I initially had other offers from well-known providers, but their price-performance ratio wasn't nearly as good as SFD's. After about 10 weeks, the PV system (24 Luxor panels, Huawei inverter (10kW peak) including storage (10kW)) was installed by good, qualified employees at a fair price. Commissioning went smoothly, and the system delivered the specified output in the test. Unfortunately, I had to disconnect it because we're still waiting for activation by the grid operator (bidirectional meter change) :-( In summary, I can highly recommend purchasing from SFD :-)
