We built an apartment building on a somewhat complicated hillside site. We had two structural engineers whose work we were very dissatisfied with. Mr. Schirdewan became our third structural engineer. His commitment, communication, and price were all excellent. Even when things got difficult, Mr. Schirdewan always came up with a solution. He provided successful solutions for every problem and readily incorporated requested adjustments. The plans for the basement, foundation slab, and a large retaining wall were implemented without any problems. We are very happy with the result.
