We bought an older apartment in Cologne and were having trouble opening and closing the windows and balcony doors. We then contacted Andreas – thankfully. I contacted him on Friday, and he came to our home the very next day, Saturday. No explanation was needed from me, and all the windows and balcony doors worked perfectly, even though they were quite old (PVC windows from 1990).
