Kirschbaum did an excellent job replacing all the windows in our old building. During the consultation, everything was discussed in detail, and no unnecessary extras were pushed on us. Communication during the planning and subsequent execution phases was excellent via email. The installation team worked cleanly and took special requirements into account (renovation work in an occupied area). I would gladly entrust future work or window maintenance to Kirschbaum again.
The repair of my blind was not easy. Kyrschbaum had to come 4 times until it was finally fixed, the latest also involving a parts supplier. I was not charged extra and it looks that the blinds works perfectly now for a fair price.
