Our washing machine recently started having problems. Mr. Wirtz came the same day and was able to fix the problem; he was very transparent and the price was perfectly reasonable.

Unfortunately, the service was very poor! It involved an AEG dishwasher. After an on-site analysis, Mr. Wirtz concluded that the electronics were faulty. Luckily, I had the AEG customer service come out again two weeks later. They pressed the reset button and replaced the pressure switch, and the machine has been working fine ever since. The electronics, by the way, are fully functional. My follow-up with Mr. Wirtz regarding this went unanswered. However, he accepted and kept the fee for his incorrect diagnosis without question.

Unfortunately, I have to agree with some of the negative reviews. On the phone, Mr. Wirtz is very friendly and quickly schedules an appointment. He sets a price of €50-70 over the phone, depending on the severity of the problem; this is what we agree on. On site, however (unfortunately, this exact scenario is also described in other reviews), he first goes to the restroom, then talks a lot, primarily badmouthing certain brands and blaming the problem on them. After almost 30 minutes, during which only four screws were loosened and the washing machine was listened to, we concluded that the fault couldn't be identified and that nothing needed to be repaired. In the end, he suddenly demanded €100 (including €30 for a 10-minute drive) instead of the agreed maximum price of €70 including travel. He even admitted that it was very easy that day and that he didn't actually have to do anything... nevertheless, he insisted on the price, claiming that the competition was more expensive (in our case, the manufacturer was just as expensive, just a heads-up for others). ... The expertise here is difficult to assess since, as mentioned, the focus was primarily on brand names. In any case, not adhering to price agreements is an absolute outrage.

Friendly, competent, reliable – I had a very positive experience with Mr. Wirtz. I called today because my washing machine was making a terrible noise during the spin cycle, and I made an appointment for today. Unfortunately, in my case, the repair is no longer worthwhile. Mr. Witz not only explained the options, including the price, but also gave me tips for purchasing and connecting the new machine. Highly recommended!

Our dishwasher suddenly displayed an error message and stopped working properly. Mr. Wirtz came to our house very quickly that evening and took care of the problem. Part of the water supply needed to be replaced, and he replaced it immediately. We found him to be a very friendly and competent technician and would highly recommend him or contact him again if we have any further problems. Thank you very much!
