After my 25-year-old washing machine proved beyond repair, I called HGS Horn on a Wednesday in January. They were incredibly patient and friendly, and I was able to come by on Friday. They assured me that my "new" used washing machine would be delivered and installed right in my apartment on Saturday. I felt like I could ask all my questions – everything was explained very clearly, and they showed me all the functions of the washing machine. The two men who delivered the new used washing machine the next day had everything connected within 20 minutes, answered my questions again, explained the functions, and even took away my old washing machine. Now, after a few weeks, I can say the new used machine is working perfectly, and I'm so grateful to have such a great company like HGS Horn nearby, which I can also call if anything comes up, because the refurbished washing machine comes with a warranty. I'm thrilled that this company has been around for 28 years and that we can all contribute to protecting the environment by taking good care of and reusing used items. Thank you so much!

Five stars for friendliness and excellent service! I arrived between 10:00 and 10:30 in the morning, and an hour later the washing machine was connected and ready to use. Delivery was free, as was the disposal of the old machine. It's never been so fast. Naturally, the machine comes with a full one-year warranty. If you're looking for a high-quality, affordable machine and don't mind a top-quality used appliance, this is the place to go.
