Service with heart and expertise, highly recommended. Technician Lorei is especially knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and doesn't sell you junk; he knows what he's talking about. I've already had two appliances installed by RMH Rhein-Main Hausgerätetechnik: a washing machine and a dishwasher, and I'm absolutely satisfied. Plus, I'm supporting a local retailer I trust, which I think is important. It doesn't always have to be online, and online isn't always the best. Having a competent contact person for all your household appliance needs is invaluable. Always my first choice, keep up the great work!
I absolutely cannot recommend this company. The plumber came at the end of October, did NOTHING, and charged me €160 for nothing. He didn't even touch the dishwasher. Most importantly, he claimed my sink was leaking, which turned out to be false! I would have gladly paid for his travel expenses, but he had the nerve to charge me for a consultation/service as well! Never again will I use this company!
Excellent service! The advice was friendly and competent, and the new dishwasher was installed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. Everything went reliably and without any problems. Highly recommended!
Terrible customer service. By phone they were nice, said they could fix my drying machine on the same week and asked me to contact them via email just for confirmation. Unfortunately, by email they said I would have to wait for the repair and were incredibly rude when I asked for an expected date, even canceling my request. I would not recommend this place for any service. After they saw my Google review, they sent me outraged emails that included the following statement: “We do not want such "honest" clients as you are, we are glad that we do not have to do any repair for such person that is so self-centered, ignorant, that only demands and requires.”
