We are completely satisfied! The communication and service were excellent. The installation of our new dishwasher went perfectly smoothly and was carried out very carefully and professionally. Mr. Lorei was extremely competent, friendly, and helpful. We would recommend this company without hesitation!

I got an appointment quite quickly, which I'd like to commend. However, Mr. Lorei arrived about an hour late. True to Murphy's Law, the washing machine stopped displaying an error message and was working perfectly right at the time of the appointment. Mr. Lorei didn't open or examine the machine, but based on his experience, he explained that Bauknecht appliances, especially those with inverter motors, are prone to problems. The service call cost €60 for the inspection and €40 for the travel, plus VAT – a total of €119. I understand that a service technician needs to operate efficiently and that travel and time spent must be compensated. Nevertheless, I feel the price in this case is unreasonable, as ultimately no technical inspection or diagnosis took place; he simply observed that the machine was working perfectly at that moment. It's a shame, because the quick appointment was definitely a plus.

Service with heart and expertise, highly recommended. Technician Lorei is especially knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and doesn't sell you junk; he knows what he's talking about. I've already had two appliances installed by RMH Rhein-Main Hausgerätetechnik: a washing machine and a dishwasher, and I'm absolutely satisfied. Plus, I'm supporting a local retailer I trust, which I think is important. It doesn't always have to be online, and online isn't always the best. Having a competent contact person for all your household appliance needs is invaluable. Always my first choice, keep up the great work!

Terrible customer service. By phone they were nice, said they could fix my drying machine on the same week and asked me to contact them via email just for confirmation. Unfortunately, by email they said I would have to wait for the repair and were incredibly rude when I asked for an expected date, even canceling my request. I would not recommend this place for any service. After they saw my Google review, they sent me outraged emails that included the following statement: “We do not want such "honest" clients as you are, we are glad that we do not have to do any repair for such person that is so self-centered, ignorant, that only demands and requires.”
