Together, we advanced the planning for the expansion (conversion, dormer window, and renovation) of our attic in Bockenheim. We collaborated with the architectural firm on a challenging renovation of an existing building in a Catalan village; the project was designed and managed from their Frankfurt office. The collaboration was consistently professional and based on mutual trust. We were particularly impressed by the high level of detail in the planning: precise 3D models and renderings allowed the local contractors to know exactly how to implement each measure. This enabled the project to be completed efficiently with minimal on-site coordination meetings. It is also worth noting that the planning consistently took regional building methods and materials into account, giving the project a natural and authentic feel within the local context. We felt very well supported throughout the entire process and are extremely satisfied with the result. A clear recommendation!
