I can wholeheartedly recommend this company. I needed a 50mm HT pipe (250mm diameter). The owner came personally, and while they didn't have HT pipe in stock, what they did have was compatible. I agreed. Since I'm a retired plumber myself, I knew which pipe systems were compatible. A short time later, the owner came out of his warehouse and brought me the correct drain pipe. I asked how much it cost, and he said it was fine, as an invoice would have been too complicated. Thank you again so much for your prompt assistance; I was finally able to finish connecting my sink. My gas heating system kept displaying error messages and shutting down automatically. Three different installers tried to repair it. Aside from changing the settings, they couldn't fix it. The problems persisted. Only when I contacted Traut was the fault identified within fifteen minutes, the issue clearly explained to me, and a replacement part ordered. A week later, the part was installed, and since then the system has been running smoothly and without any problems. Five stars are definitely warranted.

I called for help, and Mr. J. M. from the Traut company arrived immediately, within an hour, and repaired my broken heating system with tremendous dedication. Despite some initial difficulties, he reliably sourced the correct spare parts and installed them the same day. This is outstanding service, thank you so much! I highly recommend this company.
