I had contact with LECK CHECK and I'm completely satisfied. Mr. Andre Schmelz came to my home. He's an incredibly warm, kind, and friendly person. He took plenty of time to explain everything clearly, showed me things, and gave me helpful tips. You can tell immediately that he's passionate about his work. He was also very quick and absolutely professional. The lady on the phone, Ms. Hübsche, was simply wonderful. She was very friendly, courteous, and truly took care of my request. As part of an existing insurance claim, André Schmelz was on-site to locate a leak. He not only thoroughly and professionally assessed the known damage, but also identified an additional, previously undiscovered leak. It is particularly noteworthy that he was able to clearly and comprehensibly demonstrate that the two leaks were independent of each other. This was explained logically, with technical justification, and presented in a way that was easy for me, as a layperson, to understand – an enormous advantage, especially with regard to the insurance company. No superficial work, but rather a thorough analysis, a structured approach, and genuine proactive thinking. Very professional, transparent, and pleasant to work with. Highly recommended – this is exactly how you want leak detection to be.
On November 7, 2025, I had Mr. André Schmelz come to my apartment for leak detection. Besides his remarkable punctuality (we arranged to meet at 8:00 a.m., and he was there at 8:00 a.m.), I can only report very positive experiences.
