Excellent advice and outstanding quality! Ms. Frey and two other colleagues provided us with outstanding advice regarding the renovation of our living and dining room, as well as our kitchen. They not only listened to our wishes and needs but also offered suggestions we wouldn't have otherwise considered. We are also absolutely thrilled with the quality of the wallpaper and paints! Ordered paint charts weeks ago and nothing arrived. Frankfurt store is open less often than the advertised times which is already only 24 hours a week. Impossible to make an appointment and no one answers the phone! Utterly useless!
I'd wanted colored walls in my apartment for a long time, but I could never quite decide. So I booked a color consultation with Farrow & Ball to find my perfect color for the different walls. The one-hour consultation was perfectly sufficient. The large color swatches, which were held up to the walls, made it very easy to make my selection. Ms. Frey's suggestions were also well-informed and greatly helped me with my decision. Applying the paint was very easy and provided excellent coverage. The high-quality paints have no unpleasant odor, and I was able to sleep soundly in the bedroom at night. For me, the color consultation was a complete success, and I highly recommend the paint.
Despite impeded conditions due to the pandemic I shall nevertheless stress the fact that the staff at Farrow and Ball Frankfurt/Main acted more than professionally as I presented my project to them. My wishes and taste were taken into account. Questions were pertinent and supported me in my making choices. I was well informed of how to use the paint and welcome to call in case of any doubt. One call was enough to have extra paint sent home the same day! Staff members showed not only professionalism but a true sense of empathy. It was the planning of the first of many rooms in the house: I am looking forward to meet and create again! Thank you and keep up the good work!
