When we placed the order at home, we went over every aspect of the door with him. During the installation, the fitters worked meticulously and very cleanly. The door is fantastic, and we are very happy with it. The only minor drawback is the Tedee hardware. I haven't been able to sort it out myself. However, Mr. Klein is very helpful and accommodating. A door from Biffar is highly recommended! We don't regret it at all.
