I'm very happy with Josko windows and doors. I had a loft door installed in my bathroom – it looks fantastic! The entire process was well-organized from the start, and the installation was very clean and meticulous. Everything was finished perfectly – no touch-ups were needed. A great installation team! For my new dormer windows, I purchased a custom-made, three-pane wood-aluminum window from Josko. The consultation at the Josko Center in Frankfurt was very professional, and the sales consultant was very helpful. The ordering and delivery of the window was very reliable. The window perfectly matches my vision of what a window should look like. Friends and acquaintances have also admired it. At the same time, it's also reasonably priced compared to products from local window manufacturers. We had a front door and a patio door from Josko installed in an older building. The quality of the products is truly excellent, meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and of high quality. Both doors were custom-made and fit perfectly. The doors feel very substantial; there's no wobbling or vibration. The expertise evident in both the products and the installation is clear. Communication has also improved significantly over the last six months. It's important to be aware that delivery times can be quite long, but for us, it was worth it.
We are not only extremely satisfied with the windows, lift-and-slide systems, and other products from Josko, but also with the outstanding service we recently experienced. After a phone call, the service team was on-site within 24 hours – that was truly excellent! It's great to see that quality and customer care remain top priorities at Josko.
