On Sunday, I discovered a faulty terminal at the main power supply to my house – a fire hazard. I had to shut off the entire house. Although a quick check of all fuses and the main fuses suggested the fault was originating from the grid, Mainova's emergency service insisted an electrician inspect the system before dispatching anyone. The number I was given by the service representative only connected to a voicemail message stating that the subscriber was unavailable... yeah, right. Thankfully, I was able to quickly find Mr. Akdag's 24-hour emergency service. He explained the expected costs in detail before accepting the job. He promised to arrive within an hour, which he did. He identified the problem at a glance and, just to be sure, checked the main connection, confirming that the fault was indeed external. To prevent the entire house from being left in the cold, he proposed and professionally implemented a simple and pragmatic temporary solution, and everything was quickly working again. He then contacted Mainova's emergency service, who resolved the actual cause of the problem that same day. Overall, Mr. Akdag made a very efficient and professional impression, and we are grateful.

A solar panel system was installed at my house last fall. Unfortunately, the installation company made a serious mistake that only became apparent later. On December 20th, my lights started flickering, and shortly afterward, part of the house's electrical system stopped working. So I called the solar panel company, which was closed for the Christmas holidays. (Thanks for the lack of emergency assistance!)
