I hit a cable while drilling earlier. Naturally, everything was immediately brought to a standstill. After clarifying the matter with the landlord, I contacted the emergency service at around 6:45 p.m. I was able to explain the situation over the phone, and they immediately quoted me a fair flat rate. The tradesman arrived an hour later! Half an hour later, he was finished. Super nice guy and a really cool company. The fact that everything went so quickly and smoothly was truly surprising to me, as I regularly hear about bad experiences with tradesmen. I can definitely only say good things about this one. EC card payments were also accepted, and the invoice was also issued after the work was completed. So, thank you again for the competent work and the prompt response!
