We had a problem with our light from Artemide. It is well known that germany doesnt really provide about service after purchasing stuff. But thankfully the technician from elektrotech hessen was very competent, responded quickly in modern way via whatsapp and very reliable. They even take a further step to reach out to Artemide to discuss the current problem of our light. Will definitely recommend it!!
