I recently had new flooring installed throughout my entire apartment and, as a result, visited several parquet flooring retailers. They all had oiled (wild) oak floors, some even on sale, but I found my favorite here, even though other retailers were significantly closer. I haven't regretted it at all. The floor is fantastic, and the customer service is truly excellent. The fact that they provided me with a single replacement plank so quickly and easily to repair the damage I caused is truly exceptional. Many thanks to Mr. Tews!
Very kind and helpful staff.
We bought our parquet flooring in 2016. The price, performance, and quality were excellent. We bought the parquet for less than at a home improvement store and received higher quality. Laying the parquet was also very easy and went perfectly. The specialists are highly skilled and provide excellent advice. The delivery and the parquet itself were of very high quality, and we were extremely satisfied. We would gladly use your services again and thank you for your excellent work.
Looks good, they have a lot of choices, seems good quality. -3 stars for the service. They're not at all customer oriented. Due to this we will buy our parquet elsewhere.
very nice place.
