We had our parquet floor, which was heavily worn and damaged by previous tenants, renovated by the Otto company. The initial quote was quick and detailed. The company's price was in line with the market average, but we were particularly impressed by their competent and friendly on-site consultation. The result is first-class – the floor looks brand new!
We needed to renovate our badly worn and partially damaged parquet floor. Mr. Otto responded to our inquiry, inspected the floor, and provided excellent and expert advice on the process and the new finish. The quote arrived by email the same day. His team started work the following week, doing a superb and clean job (using a dust barrier) and leaving everything in perfect condition. Excellent work; we are delighted with our new floor. Die Qualität der ausgeführten Arbeiten ist hervorragend! Es war ein junges Team im Einsatz, das unter der Anleitung von Herrn Otto gearbeitet hat. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und kundenorientiert. Wir haben vor 18 Jahren das Parkett in unserer Wohnung von der damaligen Firma von Herrn Otto abschleifen und neu versiegeln lassen. Dass nach dieser langen Zeit nur ein Anschleifen mit Neulackierung erforderlich war, spricht für die hochwertige Ausführung der Arbeiten. I am very pleased with the results of the cleaning and care service on my oiled oak parquet floor – without sanding. Stains were removed (where possible) and signs of wear are barely visible (see before/after photos). Communication was very pleasant and the service was completed promptly. Highly recommended!
