Fitness First Frankfurt - Myzeil

Great facilities including swimming pool- prime location in Frankfurt city center ( on 4F Myzeil Shopping mall There are different group fitness classes like hyrox, Les Mills body combat & body pump. In particular I love so much Les Mills Dance class on Saturday noon with Mehmet - we would like to have at least 60 mins dance party with him - since he does this class with passion, love and all his heart. We feel truly happy together. Hopefully Fitness First can also offer more Les Mills dance classes during the week or on Sunday too.

Overall, a solid value for money — good for space and location, but let down by underinvestment and the type of crowd it sometimes attracts. On the plus side, it’s a large gym in central Frankfurt with long working hours. The location is excellent, the space is generous, and there’s a wide range of equipment. Even during peak hours, it’s usually still possible to train without too much waiting. The staff is generally friendly, which helps. On the downside, popular machines are often out of order for long periods, hinting at underinvestment. Also, while lockers seem safe, anything left outside can disappear very quickly. Over three years as a member, I lost two pairs of sneakers and a scarf this way — so none of your own security mistakes will be forgiven here.

Give Leo at reception a raise! Leo is amazing at what he does and I honestly really enjoyed my interaction with him. He was helpful, easygoing and showeed me a round the gym, explaining everything in the process. I was just on a temporary visit to Frankfurt, but that gym made me want to stay permanently, haha. If you are a powerlifter, you will find all the necessary equipment in the gym. It is clean and spacious, and there are 4 power platforms, so you will not have to wait to use equipment. I used this gym a lot after work. Generally good, but the noisy group class take too much training space and use lots of or sometimes all equipment available, left no participants fewer or no equipments. Something rly need to be improved. Attached the photo where all rowing machines are used for class but also idling for class :(

I really enjoy training at Fitness First. The gym is always well-organized, and the atmosphere is very motivating. The trainers are super friendly, professional, and always ready to help or give advice. They really care about the members. The manager is also amazing, always supportive, understanding, and willing to find the best solution if you need something. Highly recommend :)
