I am very disappointed with Prime Time Fitness. The membership costs €109 per month, which is very expensive for what is offered. Compared to other gyms like Fitness First, it is a lot better value for the price, especially because you get more services and a wider range of classes included. One of the most frustrating parts of my experience is the constant street marketing. Staff repeatedly try to approach me in front of the supermarket, to the point where I lost count of how many times it happened. At some point, I even started taking a different route just to avoid being stopped. The sign-up process is also misleading. There is no real free trial session. What is presented as a “trial” is actually a sales pitch, and you are expected to sign a contract beforehand. Overall, the gym offers very little in terms of services. There are no proper classes or structured sessions, and it feels very limited considering the price. For what you pay, the value simply is not there, especially compared to alternatives like Fitness First, which offer more for a lower price, including actual classes and structured training options. The only positive aspect of the gym is the view over Frankfurt, which is genuinely nice. I am still within my contract, but I am very dissatisfied with the service and overall experience.
This is definitely the best gym experience you can get in Frankfurt, in Germany, and possibly in whole of Europe. Period! The staff is good, equipments are well maintained and the general ambience of the workout arena is really good. The gym is located on floor 53 and 54 on the Main Tower - literally in the heart of Frankfurt. You can also subscribe using WellPass membership after paying a one time fees - so that's a big plus!

Absolutely stunning view. Great training equipment including the EGym machines. Trainers are super friendly. Gym is not crowded any time during the day. No need to have a German bank account to start training and sign a 12- or 24-month contract. Very easy to set an initial appointment.
Wow! This gym is fantastic. It's one of the best places I've had the opportunity to train at. The staff are welcoming, the view is phenomenal and the equipment is among the best I've used. It's useful that it opens at 0600 allowing you to get a training session in before work and welcomes visitors if you happen to be in Frankfurt for a short time, which I sometimes am. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this place to anyone.
