We are very disappointed with our experience with Mr Cleaner. The communication before the cleaning was friendly and professional. We placed the order based on the provided cost estimate. All relevant information – especially the size of the apartment and the number of built-in wardrobes – was communicated transparently beforehand. The surprise was all the greater when the final bill turned out to be about twice as high as quoted. The explanation given was that the apartment was very large and had many built-in wardrobes. However, these points were already known before the cost estimate was prepared. Furthermore, the apartment was already in a relatively clean condition. The cleaning contract specifically included a hygienic cleaning of the kitchen and bathrooms, as well as a thorough wiping of the drawers in the wardrobes. Unfortunately, we found that these tasks were clearly not carried out carefully. There was clearly visible dust in the corners of several drawers; they were apparently not even vacuumed – let alone hygienically cleaned. We were told that "the protective coating" could not be removed. For simple dust, this explanation is incomprehensible to us. The company offered little in response to our complaint. Overall, we feel the price-performance ratio is inadequate (basically, nothing was cleaned at our place), and the discrepancy from the initial cost estimate without any justifiable basis is very problematic. Unfortunately, it was an extremely negative experience for us.

You can get excellent help here very quickly. The staff is highly trained and understands the intricacies of their craft. They are always available to answer questions, and if someone is sick, a replacement is arranged as soon as possible. I highly recommend them to anyone who truly needs this kind of assistance.

The organization and execution of the cleaning process were excellent overall. The initial quote request via the website, as well as the subsequent communication regarding the contract and appointment via email and the booking system, were seamless and professional. Even with our short-notice request, the appointment was easily arranged. We were satisfied with the quality of the cleaning work; the kitchen and bathroom, in particular, were cleaned very thoroughly. Hiring a professional cleaning company was a great help to us for the apartment handover upon moving out. Unfortunately, there was one negative point regarding the behavior of one of the employees. During a cigarette break in the garden, cigarette butts were left behind. Smoking itself wasn't a problem, but the resulting litter shouldn't be left lying around. When I pointed this out and offered to dispose of the cigarette butts, the response was unnecessarily defensive and, in our opinion, unprofessional. In summary: very good organization and cleaning quality, but there is room for improvement in the on-site demeanor.

After renovations, we needed support at short notice and quickly received a quote through the platform. Communication was professional and clear. The work was carried out meticulously.
