As the owner of a daycare center, I place great importance on hygiene and ONE Services cleaned our premises reliably and safely.
I needed a deep cleaning for our gym at short notice, and everything was organized quickly and carried out very carefully.
We used One Services Gebäudereinigung's apartment cleaning services and are absolutely satisfied. The team works very reliably, thoroughly, and professionally. The apartment was cleaned down to the last detail; even hard-to-reach areas were carefully addressed.
We were not satisfied with the cleaning services provided by the company. One-Service was aware of the high volume of students passing through our school daily/weekly. Initially, the cleaning was good, but it steadily declined over time. Even the restrooms were no longer being cleaned thoroughly. We terminated the contract due to our dissatisfaction. We found stains on our carpets after cleaning and were held responsible. The cleaning of our premises, especially our restrooms, was simply inadequate. Towards the end of the contract, I found bits of disposable paper towels behind a trash can, even though we had switched to cloth towels three months prior. This meant that we hadn't cleaned around them. Handing over the keys at the end of the month was extremely difficult. Despite our punctuality, they only returned the keys to our premises after payment had been received. I cannot recommend this company. Our new cleaning company confirmed that the cleaning had not been done properly in recent weeks, and I had to pay an additional fee for it. I don't know why my open and honest review was suddenly blocked. It was probably done through a lawyer, even though the owner and I contacted each other after the review and reached an agreement. Everyone should be able to accept criticism. Therefore, I'm posting my experience with oneservice here again.
