Very expensive company. We live 3 minutes away, and the technician only came to look at the problem. For just 15 minutes, they billed us for 1.5 hours. On the day of the repair, the technician read the instruction manual and was only there for 55 minutes, from 7:50 to 8:45, but we were charged for 2 hours. It's very disappointing.

Excellent from advisory and planning to execution and post-installation. Dresch heating handled the full project including determining the requirements from the chimney sweep, finding the right solution for our old building, coordinating with other parties (Trockenbauer), installation of a new smart heating system, extending heating to the attic, et cetera. Throughout, Dresch was always available for clarifications and to help and advise us. The installation was performed by highly competent and kind staff - which gave us a "lean back and relax" experience. Interaction was a breeze. With my partner and I both having higher-education teaching backgrounds, a highlight for us was to see live the training of the next generation - which was performed in a very professional, empathetic, and empowering manner. All work was performed at highest quality, on time, and in budget. Everything looks nice and works better than we expected.
