In my 10-unit apartment building with a kindergarten/after-school care center on the ground floor, all plumbing installations were carried out professionally and reliably by the Dresch company – always to my complete satisfaction. Our collaboration began over three decades ago when I took over the building, which was a post-war structure with old lead pipes. The Dresch company has outstanding expertise, particularly in the complete renovation of older buildings. One example of this is the conversion of our one-room apartments: Originally, the bathrooms only had toilets, without showers. Thanks to the excellent planning and execution by the Dresch company, modern shower areas were integrated into the smallest of spaces – an impressive solution despite the limited room! All utility lines within the apartments were also completely replaced. This investment wasn't cheap, but it has more than paid off: Since then, there have been no more problems with burst pipes or water damage. Dresch consistently uses high-quality materials and fittings – a commitment to quality that has proven its durability and reliability over more than 30 years. In addition to the plumbing, Dresch also installed all the heating and hot water systems. Thanks to their regular maintenance service, disruptive breakdowns or dissatisfied tenants due to technical defects (e.g., insufficient water in the boiler, defective burners, or clogged pressure gauges) are a thing of the past. I particularly appreciate their proactive and meticulous maintenance, which prevents safety-related problems from arising in the first place. I'm absolutely thrilled with the service and the professional approach to all my questions. I've already commissioned the company on three occasions – servicing a gas heater, decommissioning a gas stove connection, and a plumbing consultation. Every employee took plenty of time to answer every question, and scheduling was very flexible. They didn't recommend any "unnecessary services"; they simply advised against unnecessary work. Excellent from advisory and planning to execution and post-installation. Dresch heating handled the full project including determining the requirements from the chimney sweep, finding the right solution for our old building, coordinating with other parties (Trockenbauer), installation of a new smart heating system, extending heating to the attic, et cetera. Throughout, Dresch was always available for clarifications and to help and advise us. The installation was performed by highly competent and kind staff - which gave us a "lean back and relax" experience. Interaction was a breeze. With my partner and I both having higher-education teaching backgrounds, a highlight for us was to see live the training of the next generation - which was performed in a very professional, empathetic, and empowering manner.
