The after-sales service is equally impressive. Even after three years, our requests are addressed incredibly quickly. Just today, an employee even came by after hours to check a lighting issue. The source of the problem was immediately identified, and the defective part was promptly replaced. For us, that's true sustainability, customer focus, and commitment!
