I called twice in an attempt to schedule an appointment. The assistant recommended sending an email, assuring me that the notary would call back to confirm a suitable meeting date. Unfortunately, no one reached out within few days. Disappointed by the lack of response, I sought out another notary who promptly addressed my concerns within a day. I regret the time spent waiting.
