The in-person appointment at the Kroos notary's office was very pleasant. The premises are attractive, and the team was exceptionally friendly and professional during the signing of the purchase agreement. You feel well taken care of during the notarization itself. Unfortunately, the support after the appointment deteriorated significantly. I needed assistance with the mortgage processing for a change in financing. Despite multiple attempts by phone and email – some explicitly stating the urgency – I was unable to establish any helpful contact: The receptionist promised me a callback, which has not happened to this day (weeks later). My emails went unanswered, even though I received confirmation by phone that they had been received. It's very disappointing that the excellent service seems to end with the signing of the contract. Due to the lack of support and the resulting delays, deadlines with the bank could not be met, which ultimately cost me time, stress, and, unfortunately, also better terms. Anyone who relies on reliable after-sales support should keep this in mind.
