Top notch. They were the notary for new apartments which i purchased in frankfurt. Great service. Friendly and very helpful and competent. I also use them for other notary services and am very pleased. Highly reccomend!!
The reason I didn't add a review in the first place is because I didn't wanna argue for the sake of arguing. But since the business owner had the audacity to reply to my previously blank review, lemme get into the details. I gave them simple requirements for documents that I need to use in Canada. Nothing complicated. The notary's secretary (I believe) disappeared and re-appeared a few mins after with my documents. The certification did not meet 2 of my requirements. I still payed (cuz I felt obliged to). I went back the next day and asked them if they can refund me or meet my requirements. They refused. I went to another notary. This notary met my requirements. I'm sure this notary is not in breach of any German law. Ergo you got 1 star and the other notary got 5. Maybe instead of arguing and refuting every negative google maps review, you should try to solve your customer's problem.
This notary is extremely competent and well organised. He adjusted to our personal situation time and location wise. The communication is done on a timely manner with sufficient documentation and explanations. They would also answer to specific questions within a very short time frame, which is well appreciated and not common in this type of Business. The orchestration together with an interpreter, aligned with the Real Estate Agency is done in a very efficient manner.
