After extensive telephone consultation, we were able to schedule an appointment very quickly. Following an on-site inspection, I received a quote which I found to be very fair! Treatment began immediately. I had previously had a bad experience with another company, but Mr. Knezovic took me very seriously. He answered all my questions, confirmed that the infestation was limited to just one apartment and not the entire building, and was very patient, professional, and extremely friendly. I felt perfectly advised, including what to watch out for after the treatment. It was incredibly fast and, most importantly, effective!
