I had a serious issue with bed bugs and unfortunately my first experience with another company (ABH-Schädlingsbekämpfung) was very disappointing. They carried out two treatments, but it didn’t solve the problem at all — the bed bugs were still alive, after what was supposed to be a “professional” disinfection. It felt like nothing really worked. Then I contacted Der Mausmann, and the difference was absolutely clear from the beginning. They were professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything in a way that gave me confidence right away. The whole process was structured, efficient, and handled with real expertise. What I especially appreciated is that they were always available, answered all my questions, and supported me throughout the entire process. Fantastic service! We had moths in our kitchen, Der Mausmann were super responsive, explained everything thoroughly and were really efficient and just nice people! I hope we don't need to use them again (as that would mean we have another infestation) but if we did, I would happily ask them to assist again. Thank you.
We had wasp nest in our home. Mausmann team provided a fantastic Service and the staff was really friendly. They also gave a second round of cleanup when the wasps returned after a few days. The cost is very reasonable as compared to other service providers. Highly recommend GK
