Mr Lleshi from Abfluss-As was very nice, did the work efficiently and effective. He cleaned up the spilled water and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Edit from 2025: Mr Lleshi was right, when he comes by to clean the pipes there are no further problems for a very long time. Previously we had to have someone come by at least once a year. Now we haven't had any issues in what feels like ages.
